The short version: this site collects nothing about you.

No data collection

GangOf8.com is a static website. It has no server-side application, no database, and no user accounts. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, does not embed third-party pixels or social widgets, and does not build any profile of visitors.

Hosting logs

The site is served through a content delivery network. Like any web host, the CDN processes standard technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for the purpose of delivering pages and protecting against abuse. This site's operator does not access, analyze, retain, or receive reports derived from that data.

Fonts

Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That request is governed by Google's privacy policy. No identifying information is transmitted by this site in connection with it.

The contact form

The form on the contact page does not submit data to any server. It composes a message in your own email client using a mailto: action. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by this site unless you choose to send the email yourself.

If you do write, your message and email address are held in the operator's ordinary email account for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of corrections. They are not added to any mailing list, sold, or shared.

Children

This site is a general-audience public reference and is not directed at children under 13. No personal information is knowingly collected from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
